From families who've used our services

KP

Kanya Pornprasert

Bangkok, Thailand

"We came in with quite a bit of tension between us over school arrangements. The facilitator didn't take sides at all — she just kept things on track. It wasn't a magic fix but we left with some clear points written down, which was more than we'd managed in months of trying to talk about it ourselves."

Facilitation Session — May 2025

James Llewellyn

Sukhumvit, Bangkok

"The co-parenting tools package was exactly what we needed. My ex and I struggle to communicate directly, so having a shared calendar and template messages means we can keep things about the kids without every exchange turning into something else. The setup session was clear and both of us actually left knowing how to use it."

Co-Parenting Coordination Tools — April 2025

Pattareeya Nantakool

Khlong San, Bangkok

"We did the communication workshop as a family — me, my husband, and our teenage son. It wasn't what I expected. I thought it would feel clinical or like a classroom, but it was actually quite natural. We came away with a few simple things we've actually started using when conversations get tricky at home."

Family Communication Workshop — May 2025

Marc Rousseau

Sathorn, Bangkok

"I was a bit sceptical going into the facilitation session — I wasn't sure a neutral third party could actually make a difference. It did help. The conversation stayed more focused than it would have been on our own, and we agreed on two things we'd been going in circles about. Whether that holds is up to us, but the session gave us a clearer starting point."

Facilitation Session — May 2025

Supawan Khlaisang

Thonglor, Bangkok

"We used the co-parenting tools after our facilitation session. Having both services one after the other made sense for us — first we sorted out what we agreed on, then we set up the tools to make the practical side easier. The team was patient and responsive throughout. No pressure to do more than we needed."

Facilitation + Coordination Tools — April & May 2025

Thomas Bergqvist

Asoke, Bangkok

"The workshop we attended was straightforward and easy to follow. It wasn't about our specific situation — more of a shared framework for communication — but we found bits that were directly useful. The reference materials are good too. We've gone back to a couple of the sections since the session."

Case Studies

A closer look at how families have used our services

Case Study 01 — Facilitation Session

The Situation

A family of four — two parents who had separated — had been unable to hold a conversation about school holiday arrangements for over three months. Direct communication had broken down and was affecting planning for the children.

What Happened

They attended a single facilitation session at Nestbridge. A facilitator structured the conversation so each person could speak without interruption, and kept the discussion focused on the specific school year ahead rather than wider grievances.

What Followed

By the end of the session, the family had agreed a provisional holiday schedule for the next three months, written down in a summary they both received. They returned for a second session six weeks later to review it. One session is often enough for a clearly defined topic.

"It helped that the facilitator didn't have any agenda beyond keeping us talking sensibly. We hadn't managed that in a long time."

Case Study 02 — Co-Parenting Coordination Tools

The Situation

Two parents living in separate districts of Bangkok were managing their children's schedule through a mix of WhatsApp messages, verbal agreements, and occasional emails — with recurring misunderstandings about pickups, activities, and school events.

What Happened

Nestbridge set up a shared digital calendar and a library of message templates covering the most common scenarios — pickups, schedule changes, illness notifications, and school events. Both parents attended the setup session and left with the tools configured on their phones.

What Followed

The family reported fewer misunderstandings in the first month. One parent used the two-week follow-up support to adjust the calendar sharing settings. No further support has been needed since. The tools have been in use for just over five months.

"The difference is that everything's in one place now. If there's a question about who's picking up, we check the calendar. It sounds simple but it's saved a lot of friction."

Case Study 03 — Family Communication Workshop

The Situation

A family with two teenage children found that conversations at home regularly escalated in a way nobody wanted. The parents had individually tried to manage this but weren't using a shared approach, which made things less consistent for the children.

What Happened

All four family members attended a private half-day workshop with Nestbridge. The session introduced a small number of communication frameworks, included exercises practising them together, and produced a short reference card the family took home.

What Followed

The family reported using the reference card in the first few weeks. One parent said conversations felt "a bit more predictable" — which, in this context, was a positive thing. They declined a follow-up session, feeling the workshop had given them what they needed for the time being.

"Even just having the same language to reach for when things get tense has made a difference. We all know what it means now when someone asks to 'pause and restart'."
