Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Nestbridge website or services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

• "Nestbridge", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the service provider operating under this name at 286 Thanon Charoen Nakhon, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600, Thailand.
• "Services" — the facilitation sessions, co-parenting coordination tools, and family communication workshops offered by Nestbridge.
• "User", "you", "your" — any person who visits our website or engages our services.
• "Content" — all text, materials, templates, reference documents, and workshop materials provided by Nestbridge.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any service booking confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have their knowledge and agreement to proceed.

3. Service Description

Nestbridge provides three services: Conversation Facilitation Sessions, Co-Parenting Coordination Tools setup, and Family Communication Workshops. All services are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or any other regulated professional advice.

Services are available in-person in Bangkok, Thailand. Online arrangements may be available in limited circumstances — please enquire directly.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging Nestbridge services, you agree to:

• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect throughout all sessions
• Attend sessions on time or notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend
• Provide accurate information when booking or corresponding with us
• Use materials and tools provided for personal and family use only — not for commercial redistribution
• Not record sessions without the prior consent of all participants and the facilitator
• Not use Nestbridge's name or materials in a misleading way

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, templates, and written content produced by Nestbridge remain the intellectual property of Nestbridge. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use provided materials for your own and your family's use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Nestbridge materials without written permission.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted and billed in Thai Baht (฿). Current service prices are:

• Conversation Facilitation Session: ฿4,100
• Co-Parenting Coordination Tools Package: ฿11,500
• Family Communication Workshop: ฿31,000

Payment is due before or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash payment at our Bangkok location. Prices may be updated from time to time — the price confirmed at booking applies to that booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session: 50% of the session fee is retained. Non-attendance without notice: the full session fee is retained. Workshop bookings have separate cancellation terms discussed at the time of booking.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Facilitation Sessions

Sessions are informal and non-binding. Nothing discussed or agreed in a facilitation session constitutes a legal agreement between participants. Nestbridge facilitators do not give legal advice and are not responsible for outcomes or decisions made by participants after a session.

Co-Parenting Coordination Tools

Tools are set up for use by both households. Nestbridge is not responsible for disputes that arise from how the tools are used after setup. The two-week follow-up support covers tool functionality questions only — not relationship or communication concerns, which are outside the scope of this service.

Family Communication Workshops

Workshops are educational. Content is based on established communication frameworks but is adapted for general use and does not constitute professional guidance tailored to any family's specific legal or psychological situation. Take-home materials are provided for personal reference use.

8. Disclaimers

Nestbridge services are provided in good faith and on an informational and educational basis. We make no representations that services will produce specific outcomes for any individual family. Facilitation sessions do not produce legally binding agreements. Workshop content is educational and is not a substitute for professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Nestbridge's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nestbridge is not responsible for decisions made by participants following any session or use of our materials.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nestbridge and its facilitators against any claims, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or your conduct during sessions or in relation to materials we provide.

11. Termination

Either party may end a service arrangement at any time. Nestbridge reserves the right to decline to continue providing services to any user whose conduct is disrespectful, harmful, or inconsistent with these terms. Cancellation charges apply as set out in Section 6.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly first to discuss a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with your booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
